Doha Asian Games 2006

Have you heard of the Asian Games? Neither had I, but evidently they are second to the Olympics. Doha, Qatar will be the host for the Asian Games in December 2006. The whole country is in the middle of construction madness as they prepare, and there are shops with Orry (the mascot) everywhere.

I just applied for a job or as a volunteer for the Games, we'll see how that pans out :) In the meantime, here's a link if you're interested (or if you want to apply for a job and hang out in Qatar for a year or so):
